OPERATIONAL ASSESSMENTS
Surveys are conducted on shifts, 24/7's. These include interviews with officers, supervisors, clients and customers. All functions or targeted functions of the operation are observed and "walked down". This ensures compliance with existing procedures, plans and processes.
Functions are observed across all shifts, to verify consistent application of administrative and operational processes.
NOTE: Housekeeping, compliance with OSHA or state mandated industrial safety programs and fire protection programs will also be assessed.
Standard reports contain narrative summaries, highlight strengths and pin point weaknesses. Reports can also be built to address any unique requirements established by the client.
