SECURITY PLANS/SUPPORTING PROCEDURES
How you will address security or protection related issues at you facility, must be a critical part of your business continuity plan. Physical security plans need to be simple, yet comprehensive and most importantly, they must be able to be implemented. An effective physical security plan is paramount to protect the health and safety of your employees and the community in today's world of third party liability.
Just having the physical security plan is not enough. Procedures and/or post orders must be in place to ensure that protection officers and employees understand their responsibilities while performing day to day activities, as well as, contingency tasks.
We have a proven track record in the development of physical security plans, associated procedures, and/or post orders that "keeps it simple", but "ensures the job gets done".
TRAINING PLANS/LESSON PLANS
Having properly trained protection staffs and workforces are paramount in today's environment.
To provide quality training, a comprehensive base must be established. A Training and Qualification Plan (TQP) must be built identifying the following:
- Qualifications for personnel completing program tasks, by position.
- Position descriptions and statements of work responsibilities.
- Crucial tasks designed for each position description.
- Standards and Conditions for each of the crucial tasks.
- Lesson plans, and performance based training, to fulfill standards and conditions.
Suitability files and qualification cards are then established to track and maintain an audit trail for the entire training program.
