Mr. Timmons has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Law Enforcement and Corrections from The Pennsylvania State University and over thirty (30) years of combined law enforcement, physical security, fire protection, industrial safety and emergency preparedness experience.
In addition to being a certified municipal police instructor, Mr. Timmons also taught classes at the high school and community college level.
His law enforcement experience covered all aspects of policing from road patrol to investigations.
His security experience is based around twenty (20) years experience in the commercial nuclear power industry where he was a key program manager for four (4) utility companies across the United States working primarily with troubled nuclear plants and redesigning and reviving their nuclear security programs.
Since 2002, Mr. Timmons has supported the private business sector as a security professional advisor conducting physical security surveys, vulnerability assessments, security assessments and assisting in design of central command centers and physical security, access systems and CCTV systems.
He has also conducted training of United States Postal Inspectors in CARVER vulnerability assessment methodology at their Bolger Center Training Academy in Potomac, MD.
In 2005, Mr. Timmons and his group received the prestigious Dennis A. Noggle Award for service excellence from the Kimberly-Clark Corporation.
Agapito (Pete) Rodriguez, Jr. has completed complex assignments in large special events and conducted numerous physical security assessments, including report development. He has completed training and is certified with Andover Control Systems configuration and administration. He is experienced in systems integration and the operation of central station alarm activities.
Mr. Rodriguez has completed training and is currently a Software House security systems administrator. For the past three (3) years, Mr. Rodriguez has served as system administrator for the Receptors access system at the Whirlpool Corporation. His duties are to manipulate data bases, build map screens and program new points, access levels and system protocols.

Daniel "DJ" Hrab

Has experience in the development and implementation of site defensive strategies, physical security plans, training and qualifications plans, procedures/post orders, and lessons plans.
Has completed training for Software House security systems administrator.
Was employed by the United States Postal Service as Postmaster Relief personnel.
Experienced in installing security systems.
Completed various assignments with event security and special details.
Conducted security surveys.
Speaks and writes Spanish, fluently.
Over thirty-five years of supervisory and management services.
Retired from the U.S. Air Force, serving as an intelligence analyst, report
writer, and supervisor in the U.S, Europe, and the Far East.
Formerly, Security Operations Supervisor at a commercial nuclear power plant involved
in hurricane disaster planning for the landfall of Hurricane Andrew, in 1992,
and the subsequent disaster recovery.
Experienced in supervising contract security forces, both armed and unarmed.
Experienced in physical security systems, and preparing and implementing of
security plans, procedures, and operating instructions.
